Return Policy
Shungaart.com is unable to accept returns on open products. Products returned because of manufacturers defect are returnable for exchange only, within 14 business days of shipment with shungaart.com. Oils, Lubricants and any other unopened product may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt.

All in-stock orders placed by 5:00PM EST (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays) are shipped the following day.  By chance you purchased an item that is out-of-stock, we will notify you before shipping. We will then ship the remaining order when product becomes available at no charge.

 We keep all our customer records confidential.  We never sell our customer list. We do not send any unsolicited mail. You can add or delete your name from an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and special offers.
